The Division of Paediatric Pulmonology and Allergology offers the entire range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for modern pediatric pulmonology and allergy diseases. The division is responsible for providing regional care for children and adolescents with respiratory disease and allergies. In several areas, care is transregional or even serves southeastern Austria and beyond. Areas include bronchology, diseases such as cystic fibrosis (CF), primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) and other rare diseases, congenital malformations of the respiratory tract and care for technology-dependent children (long-term tracheostomy, invasive and noninvasive out-of-hospital respiration).
